Cancellation Policy


We follow a NO CANCELLATION POLICY.
We only allow cancellations for orders placed with us in the event that we are unable to provide the requested service. In situations when delivery is not feasible on our end, reimbursements will be granted to the client after handling and internet fees (about Rs.300) are subtracted.

Note: Failure to deliver services due to document deficiencies, failure to provide an OTP (one-time password), or other delays or non-cooperation on the part of the client that prevents us from delivering services will not be considered a "failure of delivery of services from our end." Since there was no performance failure on our end, there will be no refunds in these circumstances.

Refund Policy
We follow a NO REFUND POLICY

However, if the customer requests in writing to cancel the order within 4 hours of the application being processed or the payment being made, whichever comes first, our company officials will evaluate the case and determine whether to issue a refund. Refunds in these situations are likewise limited to 50.00% of the client's payment.

It is explicitly stated here that no refund claims will be considered in cases where the client seeks a cancellation or refund of costs after four hours of payment or application processing, whichever comes first. The client will be bound by our company's final decision about refunds.
